Booking an appointment is easy! Online appointments are welcome during the week but if you would like a Saturday appointment please call or text the office.

If you are new to us please be sure to read through our studio policies and you'll find the booking button at the bottom of the page.

Please remember that we specialize in the care of women and only females can schedule with us.

Massage Studio Policies

In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients plus keeping the studio safe and healthy, the following policies are honored:


Please Be Courteous!

Please perform your own symptom check before coming in to the studio! Ask yourself, “Do I have…?”

- A Fever, Chills and/or Body Aches
- A Cough
- Shortness of Breath
- Sinus Issues
- A Sore/Scratchy Throat
- Poison Oak
- A Sunburn

If you have ANY of these symptoms please call to reschedule immediately. We encourage everyone to be responsible and will not be charging fees to anyone who reschedules 24 hours in advance based on these symptoms as a NEW PATTERN.


Studio Arrival

When coming to your appointment please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your appointment time. This ensures ample time for sanitization and distance from other clients.


Cancelations

24 hour advance notice is required when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will automatically be billed an invoice for a $25 flat fee.


No-shows

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be billed a $35 flat fee for their “missed” appointment.


Prepaid Customers

If your services are paid for in advance, including gifts, you are still responsible for giving 24 hour advance notice when canceling an appointment. You will be subject to the fees stated above for late cancelations and no-shows. If you have prepaid for your appointment and don't give 24 hour advanced notice when canceling, you will be refunded for the session minus the appropriate fee.


Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate strict schedules and others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the service actually given, you will be responsible for payment for the scheduled “full” session.

If you are going to be late please contact the office right away. Your appointment may have to be rescheduled as to not interfere with other appointments.

Once you are 15 minutes late, if you have not called, you have missed your appointment and will be invoiced for the no-show fee.
