In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients plus keep everyone safe and healthy, the following policies are honored:

Please Be Courteous!

If you have any infectious illness symptoms and you have a scheduled appointment, please call to reschedule immediately. We encourage everyone to be responsible and will not be charging anyone who reschedules 24 hours in advance. Even if you are getting over an illness please remember that massage, in particular, affects circulation which in turn can cause symptoms to return intensely. It is best to schedule when you are well.

Arrival

When coming to your appointment please arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out necessary paperwork, use the restroom, etc.

Cancellations

24 hour advance notice is required when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. Late cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service amount. If you have a gift certificate and do not give 24 hour notice when canceling a scheduled appointment, the 50% charge will be deducted from your certificate.

No-shows

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show" and will be charged the FULL amount of the scheduled service. If you have a gift certificate and don't show up to your scheduled appointment, your gift certificate will become forfeit. 

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate strict schedules and other clients whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the service actually given, you will be responsible for payment for the FULL amount of the scheduled service.

If you are going to be late please contact the office right away. Your appointment may have to be rescheduled as to not interfere with other appointments.

Once you are 15 minutes late, if you have not called, you have missed your appointment and will be automatically billed for the no-show charge.

Charges

Late cancellation and no-show charges are billed automatically depending on the circumstances. If you have a last minute illness or emergency please call us as soon as possible! Otherwise, charges are sent out and must be paid before next appointment.

We have the right to refuse service to anyone.
